  2. Backs up the main action taking place on screen to help bring across the story. It is also very important not to let the secondary action over shine the main action. Secondary Action goes hand in hand with staging.

  3. The additional display of secondary actions to emphasise/enhance the meaning of the primary action.

  4. Secondary Actions are gestures by the main character which support the main action that he/she does for example: drinking water and licking your lips (secondary action) to show that his/her thirst is quenched.

  5. Secondary action works hand in hand with staging, it helps the Viewers to know the mood is the character or the type of action u want to portray. For example throwing a stone, the primary action is the hand with the stone while the second hand(secondary action) can be raised in front to show a powerful throw or slightly move the hand front to show a soft. For the face make the eyes a little bigger and make the character bite lips to show some heavy or shrink one eye to let the character appears to be aiming at something.
