Staging is key component in animation because its help to direct the current actions of the character to the audience and give them an idea of the scene.

DeleteThe focus of the scene and timing of movement to convey a message.
ReplyDeleteI a classroom with students asking questions, raise hand -teacher acknowledges -students stands - class attention to child then question etc.
with staging you control everything that happens on set, whether it be the acting, the lighting, the camera movements even the audience.

DeleteStaging is the control of and setup of each scene to maximise the display of actions which are desired to be displayed. eg, manga comics.

DeleteStaging is the most important part of an animation it directs the viewers to where u want them to look and is mostly used to bring across the idea and message of the animation. Example: Tom & Jerry
